It helps to be able to zoom in and out. Close up and Far away, Top down and Bottom Up.
Use the flow framework see *everything* in your life, in context. Of course, not everything is equal: watering your plants is not as important or “big” as learning 3 languages…but seeing them next to each other can help you determine how much resources (aka money and time) to commit.
This is my particular order, but using it on asana or google sheets (which I will show in a separate post), you can organize it and hierarchize it however you want. for example, by priority of purpose, or by how much time commitment, etc. The beauty is it should *capture* everything, then allow you to organize it for YOUR brain and lifestyle….and be flexible when you need it (which is all the time!)
